§ Colonel LlewellinIn the case of the small proportion of the military officers employed in the Ministry who are accommodated in military quarters, King's Regulations require that special authority be obtained before an alien is employed. As regards civilian officers in the Ministry, such an instruction as my hon. Friend has in mind would raise a general question of policy and could not be confined to the Ministry of Supply.
