Nutkins, of 31, Loftus Road, W.12, who, after upwards of 20 years 'service in the Royal Navy, was discharged on the 20th January, 1940, suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis, with the advice to take plenty of nourishing food, to go to a sanatorium for at least six months and to avoid worry, and who has been refused all disablement grant and left to maintain himself, his wife and child on 18s. per week sick benefit?
