§ Sir A. SinclairThe names of those taking part in air attacks against the enemy are only published when they receive decorations for their services. I am not aware that any of those whose names have been made public in this way and who have fallen into the enemy's hands have suffered on account of this publicity. I therefore see no reason for varying the present practice.
