§ Mr. AsshetonThe answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative. Steps are taken to see that conscientious objectors fulfil the condition on which they are registered, subject, of course, to the practicability on their part of obtaining the work which they are required to undertake. As regards the third part of the Question, the whole matter is kept constantly under review.
