§ Mr. E. BrownI would refer my hon. Friend to the information regarding the subject matter of the correspondence in question which was given in my replies of 25th June, 9th July, and 16th July. A further explanatory letter was sent to the Medical Practitioners' Union by the Department of Health for Scotland on 6th July.
