Generally the1166W built-up areas to which the speed restrictions apply can be recognised without difficulty apart from the roadside indicators. I shall, however, keep the matter under observation in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister for Home Security in order to meet, so far as possible, any difficulties that may occur at particular places.
