HC Deb 21 February 1940 vol 357 c1392W
Mr. Parker

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that many men have been sent home on sick-leave without any pay or ration money and that their wives are unable to maintain them properly out of their ordinary allowances; and whether arrangements can be made to provide promptly for men so invalided?

Mr. Stanley

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave yesterday to the hon. Member for Birkenhead, East (Mr. White).
