§ Mr. Boyceasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the urgent need for knitted comforts for the members of His Majesty's Forces at home and abroad and of the fact that a large number of people who are eager to give their services voluntarily in this respect are debarred from doing so owing to the private expenses entailed in the purchase of wool, he will consider making a grant from the Exchequer to enable the wool to be supplied free of charge in all such cases?
