§ Sir J. AndersonSection 7 of the British Nationality and Status of Aliens Act, 1914, provides for the revocation of a certificate of naturalisation in any case230W where the recipient has shown himself by act or speech to be disaffected or disloyal to His Majesty. In any case where a conviction of an offence—whether it be an offence against the Defence Regulations or not—is an indication of disaffection or disloyalty, the question of revoking the certificate is considered.
