§ Mr. Hore-BelishaNo public money has been placed at the disposal of the Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmen's Families Association for the purpose indicated. Temporary help, in such circumstances, is obtainable under the Government scheme for the prevention and relief of distress arising out of the war, on application being made to the nearest office of the Ministry of Labour.
