Duckworthasked the Minister of Health whether he can state the approximate number of houses condemned but not demolished and the number of persons who could be re-housed therein during the duration of the war and prior to the resumption of building operations after the war; and whether, if legislation is needed, he will introduce it with the object of utilising such structures where inadequate accommodation actually exists?
