Friend the Member for Chislehurst (Sir W. Smithers). As regards the second part, no precise figures are available. I understand, however, that the Women's Employment Federation has co-operated with the Central Register of the Ministry of Labour and National Service in supplying particulars of persons possessing special qualifications.
