§ Captain WallaceFree and cheap railway facilities are granted to members of the Women's Royal Naval Service, members of the Women's Auxiliary Air Force, and female serving military personnel, 1243W including Army nurses and general service personnel of the Auxiliary Territorial Service. Free facilities are given to mobile members of Voluntary Aid Detachments, and the question of granting also cheap facilities in their case is under consideration. The staff employed in Service institutes are not serving personnel of the Forces and are not eligible for these concessions.
