§ Mr. McGovernasked the Prime Minister why, in November, 1935, the Foreign Office requested the editor of the Sunday Chronicle to discontinue the revelations of Nazi brutality contained in the articles by Karl Billingar published in that newspaper; whether he will state the names of all British newspapers to which this request was made and whether this action was taken at the instigation of the Nazi Government?
