§ Mr. Woodburnasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that wives of military and naval men in the employ of the Edinburgh Corporation tramway department are prevented from receiving their allowances from the corporation by delays on the part of the men's units in returning the questionnaire sent them by the Edinburgh Corporation; and will he take steps to have prompt attention given to these inquiries?
