§ Sir Edward GriggLord Perth was paid by the Foreign Office as from the 1st June last, a salary of £1,100 per annum as Head of the Foreign Publicity Department of the Foreign Office and Director-General designate of the Ministry of Information in the planning stages. This was in addition to his pension of £1,900 per annum from the Paymaster-General. His pay as Chief Adviser on Foreign Publicity has not yet been fixed.
