§ Mr. PeakeThe report will be published and placed on sale at an early date. The primary responsibility for the administration of the Cinematograph Act, 1909, is placed on the cinematograph licensing authorities, and my right hon. 2533W Friend is communicating with the representative associations of those authorities on the subject of the recommendations of the committee.
