§ Mr. ColvilleThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. While the funds at the disposal of the Department of Agriculture for Scotland for the current year are fully earmarked, I shall be prepared to consider any request for assistance in the provision of landing facilities which may be submitted by the county council at a later date.
