§ Captain WallaceI have no reason to think that the maximum penalties for the offences referred to are inadequate. It is for the courts to decide in each case in the light of the particular circumstances what is the appropriate penalty within the maxima. As regards the second part of the question, there are no new regulations in contemplation.
