§ Mr. E. BrownThe Committee that I appointed to consider the working of the Fair Wages Resolution and to advise whether any changes are desirable and practicable has not yet finished its inquiry. Under arrangements made by the Committee discussions are taking place between the national organisation's representative of employers and trade unions with a view to arriving, if possible, at some basis of agreement.
