§ Mr. ElliotThe principal port health authorities in England and Wales are members of the Association of Port Health Authorities of the British Isles. The association meets twice a year, and has a general committee and a medical committee which meet at more frequent intervals. Special committees are also from time to time appointed to deal with urgent or specially technical questions.
