InskipBy a Resolution passed by the Legislative Council of Jamaica on the nth April, a committee of the council was appointed to draft proposals for modifying the constitution of the Colony, My right hon. Friend has not yet received the report of the committee with the Governor's comments upon it, and I am, therefore, not in a position to make any statement on the matter.
