Mr. M. MacDonaldIn accordance with the recommendation in paragraph 234 of the report to which the hon. Member refers, the Government of Uganda propose to enter into negotiations with the cotton ginning industry with a view to the closer regulation of conditions of work in the ginneries. I am expecting to receive a further report from the Governor.
