§ Captain WallaceIt is not possible without new legislation to ensure that isolated consumers of electricity should receive refunds in the circumstances to which the hon. Member refers, but I am always prepared to ask the Electricity Commissioners, in suitable cases, to endeavour to arrange some adjustment.
