§ Mr. ShakespeareWith regard to the first part of the question, orders have been given in the sense indicated by the hon. Member. The captain of the submarine, in consultation with the principal (ship) overseer will be responsible that only a minimum number of persons over and above the submarine's complement remain on board for such trials.
