§ Mr. StanleyThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. With regard to the second part, I have now received applications in respect of seven of these companies for the appointment of inspectors under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 1929, and these applications are being considered. The eighth company is in liquidation.
