§ Mr. ButlerNo, Sir. I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which the Prime Minister gave on the 1st May to the hon. Member for the Forest of Dean (Mr. Price), in which he stated that His Majesty's Government, while attaching the greatest importance to the principle of Balkan unity, consider that these questions must primarily be settled by negotiation between the countries concerned.
