GriggExcept as regards regional reorganisation, which is in active progress, and certain minor changes at head-quarters, the answer to both parts of the question is, generally speaking, in the affirmative. But my hon. Friend will appreciate that the work of the Department is likely to grow and that further changes may be necessary to meet new conditions.
