§ Mr. MabaneMy right hon. Friend is informed that there has been difficulty in some cases in obtaining cycle lamps and batteries. As the hon. Member will be aware, there has been an unprecedented demand for batteries, but as my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade stated in reply to a recent question, the manufacturers have taken steps to increase their output. I understand that the production of lamps is also being increased as rapidly as possible.
