§ Sir J. SimonYes, Sir. I have been in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health, and we propose jointly to appoint a Committee to examine the whole question. I am not yet in a position to announce the precise terms of reference, but the intention is that the 2841W Committee's Inquiry shall cover both the control and the taxation aspects of the question.
