§ Mr. ElliotThe lists to which my hon. Friend refers are lists of names out of which the tribunals will be appointed by the mayor or chairman at the time of an emergency. The individual names do not require my approval but I have asked to be informed that the necessary action has been taken by the authority. The publication now of lists of names from which selections would be made would I fear lead to confusion.
