§ Mr. ElliotNo final decision has yet been reached on this point, as I have still to consider the representations made to me by various local authorities on the subject of their classification under the scheme, but if the hon. Member would be interested to see the interim position I should be happy to arrange for him to inspect a map in the offices of my Department.
