Friend to the reply given on 9th May to my hon. and gallant Friends, the Members for Buckrose (Major Braithwaite) and for Tiverton (Lieut.-Colonel Acland-Troyte), and to my remarks during the Debate on the Motion for the Adjournment on nth May, to which I have at present nothing to add.
