§ Mr. Rhys Daviesasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that employers and premium insurance companies 50W are in some cases using undue influence to force incapacitated persons in receipt of full workmen's compensation to declare themselves fit for light work, so that the amount of workmen's compensation may be thus reduced, and the liability which ought to fall on insurance companies may come ultimately on unemployment insurance funds; and whether he will take steps to avoid the funds of the unemployment insurance scheme being thus exploited?
