§ Mr. Messerasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that the delay in announcing the personnel of the Cinematograph Films Council to be set up under the Cinematograph Act is causing serious concern in the film industry and impeding a return to normal activity; and when will he be able to make a complete announcement?
Mr. Stanley:I regret that there has been some unavoidable delay in completing the composition of the Council, but I hope to be able to make an announcement very shortly.
