Youngasked the President of the Board of Trade what is the amount of canned salmon imported into this country from Japan, Russia, Canada, and America, respectively, during 1937 and till the latest available date; whether in each case the country of origin is clearly stated; and, if not, can he make any arrangements whereby consumers of these commodities can be so informed?
