§ The Attorney-GeneralI regret I am unable to give the hon. Member this information. Records of attendances are usually kept by the respective clerks of Courts of Summary Jurisdiction, but it would be impracticable to require such records to be rendered annually to the Lord Chancellor's Office, although inquiry is usually made upon this and other matters before additions are made to any particular bench.
