§ Mr. ColvilleAs will be seen from Clause 79, many of the provisions of the Criminal Justice Bill apply to Scotland. As regards the provisions which are not so applied, I would refer the hon. Member to the statement by my right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate during the Debate on the Second Reading of the Bill.
