§ Sir T. InskipI have been asked to reply. I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister gave him in answer to his question on this subject on 28th November. I may perhaps add that firms in Scotland have the same opportunities for obtaining orders under the rearmament programme as those in other parts of the country.
