§ Mr. Edeasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education whether he will state for each administrative county of England and Wales how many schemes of reorganisation of elementary schools have been approved, and the percentage of the elementary schoolchildren in each county taught in schools to which reorganisation, as contemplated by the Hadow Report, has been applied?
Mr. LindsayThe latest available figures, for the year ended 31st March, 1937, have been tabulated in a form somewhat different from that asked for by the hon. Member. As they constitute a very bulky document, I am sending them to the hon. Member separately.
