It is therefore not intended to replace the small hot plates in the Members' Dining Rooms as they would occupy valuable table space and are not considered desirable.

§ Sir J. GanzoniThe Committee has no funds for the purpose suggested by the hon. Member, and there does not appear to be any necessity for such as expenditure as their chef, though a British subject, is French trained and has a Continental experience. Members can have fish and vegetables, as well as any other dish, cooked in any style they may prefer, to order, but the dishes provided in the Members own dining rooms are chosen to suit the requirements of the majority.
