§ Mr. Donnerasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of President Roosevelt's reference to the necessity of technical adjustments in the Ottawa agreements in order to conclude an Anglo-American trade agreement, lie will make an explanatory statement in regard to the nature of these adjustments?
Mr. StanleyI am afraid I do not know what statement by the President of the United States of America my hon. Friend has in mind. On the general question I would refer him to the statement which I made to the House on 2nd November in the Debate on the Address, to which at present I have nothing to add.
