Mr. Davidson

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will state the total acreage of land in Scotland used for agricultural production for the years ended 1935 and 1936, respectively?

The total area of land in Scotland used for agricultural and pastoral purposes amounted to 14,981,647 acres in 1935 and to 15,003,069 acres in 1936.
