§ Mr. Kellyasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the fact that many British subjects work overseas for some time and then return to this country, and that they are then unable to avail themselves of any contributory form of pensions insurance, he will consider the formation of a special class of contributors in the new legislation for the benefit of these persons?
§ Sir K. WoodThe conditions of eligibility for admission to the new pensions scheme have been drawn on very generous lines and I am unable to adopt the suggestion that special treatment should be accorded to a particular class.
