§ Viscount CranborneI understand that the report in question has been circulated 1355W to the members of the Health Committee. The question of publication is one for the Secretary-General of the League. I understand, however, that an account of Dr. Stampa's mission to China appeared in the December issue of the Quarterly Bulletin of the Health Organisation of the League of Nations, under the title of "Co-operation on Health Matters between the National Government of the Republic of China and the League of Nations."
