asked the Lord Advocate whether he intends to take legal proceedings against the lawyer who paid the sum of 30s. per week to Constable William John Cruickshanks for supplying him with information daily of traffic accidents and who was sentenced to six months' imprisonment by Sheriff Wilton at Glasgow, on 22nd February, 1937, under the Prevention of Corruption Act?
