§ Mr. BurginI am taking steps to ensure a surface of uniform non-skid quality, and, when reconstruction works are undertaken, to use the same type of construction on long stretches of road. As at present advised I do not propose to stipulate for concrete surfacing to the exclusion of all other types of surfacing.
