SassoonThe Act provides that any local authority to which the Act applies may agree with the appropriate Government Department that any of the provisions of the Act shall apply to a Government property. My right hon. Friend will be prepared to consider any representations which may be made by a local authority regarding the application of Section 287 to offices under his control.
