§ Mr. Burkeasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that in the Burnley Labour Exchange area the means test is being applied not only to the households of applicants for benefit, but to the households of persons, not themselves applicants, who are looking after dependent children of applicants who are widowers; and if he will say whether such practice has his approval, in view of the regulations?
