§ Mr. Grovesasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the fact that in January, 1935, a five-year plan for the expenditure of £100,000,000 for road improvement was announced in this House, and that up to 3rd November, 1937, only £9,250,000 has been so expended, he will state what proposals he has for the fulfilment of the Government's promises made in these directions?
